Auberge et Campagne

We truly had an amazing stay thanks to Lisa and Pat! We stayed in the room called ‘Tom’ for a few nights while exploring Old Quebec. The breakfasts were unique and delicious. We also had the chance to tour the farm and meet the horses, dogs, and other animals. Lisa recommended a local light show, which ended up being a real highlight of our trip. So glad we found this hidden gem. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a lovely stay at the Auberge et Campagne during the winter break. It is a 5 min drive to skiing at Mont St Anne, has a restaurant below the bedrooms which offered the most delicious breakfast spread (included), and has very friendly and welcoming hosts. The rooms were cute and cozy (named after her horses), but we found it hard to sleep as you can hear every sound through the walls (I am a light sleeper), so we would recommend to bring earplugs. Note that this location is open to pets as well. Overall, we would definitely come back and stay here. The atmosphere is lovely and very friendly, and the location and service are excellent. they even have a horse game up the street that you can visit.

It was such a nice change from all the other places we had stayed before. To stay at l'auberge was recommended by my sister, she lives 3 minutes down the road. We stayed in the Latte with 2 adult children and it was perfect. The room is large enough, beds are comfy and also the separate lounging area next to the room provided us with a little bit of extra private sitting space...so precious. Breakfast was tasty and nutritious. Lisa's presence is reassuring and of great value. We will definitely stay at l'Auberge many, many more times.

We spent a long weekend at the little chalet at the horse farm. It was delightful—a perfect getaway. The horses come right up around the deck, there are chickens in the yard, and the view is stunning. We also had dinner at the restaurant one evening, and it was superb—great service, lovely atmosphere, delicious food and wine. It's only a few minutes up the road from Mont Saint Anne, and not far from Quebec City. Great location, great hosts. Highly recommend.

Had the most amazing stay! Definitely the best hotel pick for skiing at Monte St Anne and visiting Quebec city. Stayed here for a weekend and wish we booked for longer. Breakfast is included and there is an amazing restaurant downstairs for dinner and drinks. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and assistance. Perfect for both a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Also a bonus is having horses next door to visit!

We booked this hotel for just one night with our little Pomeranian, and it exceeded all expectations. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room had a cozy, homey atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Upon arrival, we had dinner downstairs at Chez Pat. The meal was exceptional—every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. As someone quite particular about food quality, I can easily tell when something is freshly made versus reheated, and everything we had here was clearly made with care. The hosts mentioned that all ingredients were locally sourced and prepared, which really showed in the quality. I highly recommend the duck confit—it was incredibly tender and bursting with flavor. Breakfast is neat and coffee is made by a higher-end Nespresso machine. I had same brand espresso machine, so it made my feel at home, having an espresso in early morning with exact same flavor.

We stayed here a week in December and had the most amazing time! Lisa is wonderful and very helpful, giving us travel tips and guiding our stay. The hotel is warm and inviting and we had dinner there almost every night. Lisa also lent us snowshoes to go walk around the horse farm with! We felt like family the whole time!!

We absolutely LOVE this spot. Cozy, friendly, and unpretentious, The Auberge has been a game-changer for our visits to Mount Ste Anne to cross-country ski. Lisa and Patrice are amazing hosts. The food is wonderful and homey. The ski trails are around the corner. We especially like that the place is loved by its neighbors as well as locals come by for a drink or a meal at the end of the day. Part of me wants to keep this place a secret.
